10% Reservation For General Caste, Rule & Eligibility

The cabinet of central Government of India has been passed an order to give 10% reservation for general caste for government job and education. Under this facility not only upper caste will get benefit, but also economically waek section of Muslim, Sikh, Jain will get facility of this reservation.
But to get this reservation, the the beneficiaries will still have to wait. Now this decision has just passed in the cabinet. The bill related to giving 10% reservation to the economically waeker section will be presented in the Lok Sabha. After passing this from the Lok Sabha, the bill will be sent to the Rajya Sabha. After passing the Rajya Sabha, this bill will have to be passed from at least half of the state assembly. Because this bill is related to the constitution amendment. And after all those processes, the President will sign on this bill, then this bill will be applicable as a law.
The benefits of reservation will not taken by only upper castes. Rather, there are many rules for this.
Rule no.1 – Only those who can get the benefits of the upper reservation will get less than Rs. 8 lakhs. That is, the upper caste family whose income is more than Rs 66666 monthly, children of those families will not get the benefit of reservation.
Rule no.2 – Only the children of the same upper caste families will get the benefit of this reservation, who do not have a house on more than 1000 square feet of land.
Rule no.3 – Only the children of the same upper caste families will get the benefit of this reservation, which has less than 5 acres of agricultural land.
Rule no. 4 – Who have less than 109 guz land in mucipal area.
On the implementation of this reservation, its benefits will be found in the Central Service Examination of the Government of India such as Railways, UPSC, Bank, SSC, IIT entrance exam, NEET entrance exam, Central School Examination and other central government organization etc.
