Indian Diet For Control And Remove Obesity (Fatness)

Obesity becomes big problem in maximum people in our society. Approx 27% people in India are suffering from obesity. Obesity is a disease which comes from hereditary, bad food habit, no physical work and fast food.
Here is tips for remove obesity in one month by adopting special diet and medicine.

Breakfast Diet For Control Obesity
(1) Green Gram – 25 Gram
(2) Gram – 50 Gram
(3) Dry Fried Rice without oil (Chawal Bhunja) – 50 Gram
(4) Fruit – 1 piece Apple/Guava/Myrrh/Pear/Pineapple/Date Palm/ (Don’t make juice of these fruits in juicer)

Lunch Diet For Control Obesity
(1) Tawa Wheat Bread – 200 gram wheat flour
or
Pone (Corn Bread) – 150 gram Corn flour
(2) Pulse of Gram/Green Gram without oil – 50 Gram
(3) Two green vegetables without much oil and spices
(4) Lemon juice in pulse

Dinner Diet Control Obesity
(1) Tawa Bread – 200 gram wheat flour
(2) Green Vegetable without much oil and spices – Greens, Pumpkin, bitter gourd etc.
(3) Boiled Milk – 200 ml.

If you take tea or coffee then take it only 2 times in 24 hours and without sugar.

What should not eat for control obesity

(1) Potato, Onion, Turnip, Beet, Orange, Bananas, Grape, Mango, Watermelon
(2) Sugar
(3) Soft Drink/Fruit Juice/Lassi
(4) Any Kind of Sweets
(5) Alcohol & Smoking
(6) Non-Veg (Egg, Mutton, Chicken, Fish)
(7) Burger, Pasta, Chocolate, Cake, Sandwich, Samosa etc.
(8) Dry Fruit
(9) Curd/Cream/Cheese
(10) Refined Oil/Dalda/Coconut Oil

Apart these diet you should walk minimum 2-3 km daily.

If you adopt recommended food and avoid non-recommended food then you will loose 10 kg weight in 30 dyas without much exercise.
