Maximum Age May Be 27 Years For General Category For UPSC

NITI Aayog has been submitted a recommendation report to Government of India. In that the commission has recommended for reduce the maximum age for apply in UPSC for general category only. By the recommendation, 5 years should be reduce for apply in UPSC exam from year 2022-23.
If this recommendation will be ruled then the maximum age for general categories will be 27 yeara from 32 years.
This is not clear in recommendation that, what is reason for reduce the maximum age of general caste for apply in UPSC.
But Union minister Jitendra Singh told to media that this recommendation will not be apply as of now. But he was sure that this recommendation will not be applicable from 2022-23.
After recommendation for reduce age maximum age in UPSC, many organizations has opposed this recommendation, and they say that if this rule will be apply in UPSC, then it may be apply in other central job like railway, bank, ssc etc. So, Government shouldn’t apply this recommendation.
