How To Take Dealership For Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak Yojna (RGGLVY)
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has invites suitable candidates for distributor for LPG under Raji Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak Yojna (RGGLV) (Rajiv Gandhi LPG Distributorship Plan for Rural Areas) scheme.
Here is eligibility for take distributorship/ dealership for Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak Yojna.
(1) Candidates must have permanent resident in village for which he/she is applying.
(2) Minimum 10th pass
(3) Age Bar- Minimum – 21 year, Maximum – 45 years
(4) Applicant should have Rs. 2 lakh minimum in bank. (SC/ST applicant no needs such amount). Rs. 2 lakh will be deposited as security money till you are distributor/dealer.
(5) Applicant should have own land in size of 20X24 meter for gas cylinder godown (storage room) which is approached with Pakka road.
(6) Applicant should have not involve in any criminal case.
(7) Only unemployed person is eligible for apply for RGGLV dealership. If you are working in even in any private company then you have to resigned from your job.
(8) Fee – Rs. 1000/-
Profit – You’ll get 20% as commission on each 14.2 gas cylinder.
RGGLV plan has been launched in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bangal, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Delhi, Kerala, Chhttisgarh, Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra and all other states of all over India.

Recently there was an adv for RGGLV in vill. Bodhegaon Tal. Shevgaon Dist Ahmednagar. My sons who are graduates had applied under this scheme. Their applications were rejected by Sr. RM, Aurangabad stating that :
-Land is not in the name of applicant
-Income given is of father who is not a member of family. and
-Assets belongs to father, Uncle and Grand Father who are not member of family.
By seeing the reasons of rejection, it is not understood as to how grand father/uncle and even father do not belong to one family when it is undevided family and scatterred due to education/employment. Applicant who is unemployed, would he be able to mentain his bank balance to the extent of Rs 2 lacs and is it necessary to distribute land in their name in their growing up age when they are studying. They have applied under cat SC. They belong to same village and have no other means of income except working in agri. land.
Definition of family as given in the Advt.
is not understood.
I think, your goodselves would once again verify the things and re-consider either of the applications favourably.
I would rather, say that, the application should have been rejected only on physical verification and not by seeing the papers as in the villages it may not be possible for one to give/submit proper papers.
I have full faith in you and would expect reply within a day or two.

sir, iam an workmen u\s 2j working for the Iocl Indane for last 13yrs voluntarly working under its distributor had applied for the rgglv advertised on 17.10.2009 for Bijanbari darjeeling WB and was found eligible ,ihave claim for the relaxation to issue letter of intent to serve the existance consmur as the company has given several relaxation to the candidate selected after the draw but the company held me unauthorised and illegal a dispute has accoured and till date its not been solved by the company please suggest.
