Vacancies In Railway For 65,000 Posts In Year 2018

Rail Minister Piyush Goyal has announced in Parliament that, approx 1,30,000 posts are vacant in the Railway Department related to railway safety Of which 65,000 posts will be recruited in the year 2018. These recruits will be on posts related to the safety of the Railways.
Traffic inspectors, traffic controllers, signal attendants, cabin crew, etc., come in the railway safety. Some of these posts will be recruited by technical degree holders.
The largest source of government jobs in India is Indian Railways. About 10 lakh employees are currently employed in the Railways. But due to the increasing number of railway network and the increasing number of passengers it has become necessary to increase the number of railway personnel. In the Railway Department, the job of appointment has been closed for a long time. According to an estimate, even today, about 3 lakh posts are lying vacant in the railway. The number of vacant posts in TT, Goods Guards, Station Sub Master, booking clerks, etc. is high.The situation of the unemployed is bad due to the vacancy in this way.
