Where To Stay At Kumbh Mela 2019

Kumbh Mela is starting from 15th January 2019 at Praygraj (Allahabad) (UP). This fair is largest fair in India. Millions of pilgrims come every day from far away drawers in this fair. Kumbh fair is organized every 12 years. This fair is being held at Prayagraj on the banks of River Ganga. If you are coming from outside of Allahabad then to go to the Kumbh fair you will have to get local transport from Allahabad station. Many buses and other vehicles from Allahabad station have been arranged which will take you to Kumbh Mela. Apart from this, you can also take a taxi from the station which will take you to Kumbh Mela. Taxi fare is Rs 150 from Allahabad Station to Kumbh Mela. Distance from Allahabad railway station to Kumbh fair is 7 kms.
There are many hotels to stay in Allahabad for travelers. Most of the hotels are near Allahabad railway station. The government has also made many arrangements for the rest of the devotees. Many schools and government places have been provided free of charge for pilgrims to stay.Apart from this, huge tents have been installed on the Ganges coast, where any devotee can live without any charge. A small tentonum room has been constructed by many hotels on the banks of the Ganga, in which all modern amenities are available. For this, devotees will have to pay. To book a room available on the banks of the Ganges, the customer will have to inquire in the hotel itself. There are 5 star hotel to ordinary hotels are available in Allahabad. Ordinary hotels do not have the facility of advance booking, but the rooms are easily available on arrival. Rent in these hotels is about Rs 200 to Rs 300 for 24 hours.
Arrangements have been made to stay the devotees in the Magh Mela area which is other side of Ganga river from Prayagraj.
There are many hotels on Mahatma Gandhi Marg in Prayagraj. Apart from this, many Dharamsalas are also available around Sangam, where devotees can live comfortably. Do not forget to take your identity before going to Kumbh, because in many places you may have to show your identity card. Free food is also arranged in Kumbh Mela, where devotees can eat for free. This fair also provides employment opportunities to thousands of people. During this, many people set shops on the sidewalk and sell food items, sweets etc. During the Kumbh fair, the 24-hour continuous crowd remains. In this Kumbh fair, devotees buy ornamental items, idols of God, artificial jewels etc too.
During Kumbh Fair, many Bollywood artists will also be presenting singing and dance programs during the Kumbh Mela. There is a plan to present show of singers Kailash Kher, Sunidhi Chauhan, Pankaj Udhas, Honey Singh, Badshah, Anoop Jalota, Udit Narayan, Kumar Shanu, Abhijit, Sonu Nigam for the singing in Kumbh Mela.
