If you want convert your BSNL prepaid sim card to postpaid sim card, then it is very easy. Here is rule and process to change the prepaid BSNL sim card to postpaid sim without change the mobile number.
First you have to take a form for take a postpaid sim card from BSNL office.
After fill up the form enclose a xerox copy of Aadhar Card and pan card with the form. After that you have to pay Rs. 510 (Rs. 500 as security amount and Rs. 10 for sim card). After submit the form the authorized person will check all documents. After that he/she will give a new sim card with same number as you have earlier.
Now you can call with new postpaid BSNL sim card after activation of sim card.
Only Postpaid BSNL sim card is allowed in Jammu & Kashmir. There is no any prepaid sim card works in Jammu-kashmir region.
